FDA Announces Guidance on User Fee Waivers for HIV Treatment Drugs Under PEPFAR

The FDA has released a guidance document outlining the circumstances under which user fees will not be assessed for certain HIV treatment applications, including those for fixed dose combination and co-packaged drugs, as part of the President's Emergency Plan for Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome Relief (PEPFAR).
