FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Target Product Profile for Drug Development

The FDA has made available a draft guidance document outlining the purpose and use of a Target Product Profile (TPP), a tool to facilitate communication between sponsors and FDA review staff during drug development, to inform industry and review staff on its strategic development process.
