FDA Hosts Public Workshop on Food Safety and Defense in Atlanta

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is hosting a public workshop on food safety and defense, titled 'Food Safety and Defense . . . Be ALERT!', on August 15, 2007, in Atlanta, Georgia, to educate small, independent retail and food service establishments on controlling foodborne illness risk factors and securing food from intentional contamination.
