FDA Announces Availability of Guidance on Emergency Use Authorization of Medical Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has finalized a guidance document outlining its policies for authorizing the use of unapproved medical products during declared emergencies, following a draft published in the Federal Register on July 5, 2005.
