FDA Allows Egg Industry to Place Safe Handling Statements on Egg Cartons
The FDA is amending its food labeling regulations to give the egg industry more flexibility in placing safe handling statements on egg cartons, while still providing consumers with important information about keeping shell eggs refrigerated.
