Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Drawbridge Regulations at Illinois Waterway

The US Coast Guard is proposing a rule change to allow the Jefferson Street Bridge and Cass Street Bridge to remain closed to river traffic on May 15, 2005, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., enabling a local foot race as part of a community event.
