Federal Agencies Finalize Confidentiality Guidelines for Workplace Dispute Resolution

The Interagency ADR Working Group has completed three documents providing guidance on confidentiality in federal workplace dispute resolution programs, including a guide for mediators and ombuds, following the 2005 Model Standards of Conduct for Mediators and the Standards for the Establishment and Operations of Ombuds Offices.
