Foreign Claims Settlement Commission Proposes Changes to Privacy Act Systems of Records

The Foreign Claims Settlement Commission is proposing to modify its Privacy Act Systems of Records to include a new routine use for disclosure in response to data breaches, allowing for notification of affected individuals and assistance in response efforts.
