U.S. Government Grants Cultural Significance to Royal Court Treasures Exhibition

The U.S. government has officially designated the upcoming exhibition 'Art of the Royal Court: Treasures in Pietre Dure from the Palaces of Europe' as culturally significant, allowing for the temporary importation of the objects from abroad for display at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York from July 1 to September 21, 2008.
