Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Grant Proposals for National Security Language Initiative-Youth Program

The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is soliciting proposals from public and private non-profit organizations to implement short-term foreign language instruction and cultural immersion programs for American high school students in countries where Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Turkish, Indic, and Farsi are widely spoken.
