FEMA Declares Major Disaster in Arkansas Following Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has issued a Notice of Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only in Arkansas, effective February 7, 2008, due to severe storms, tornadoes, and flooding that began on February 5, 2008, and continues to this day.
