Alabama Disaster Declaration Amendment for Public Assistance

The Presidential declaration for major disaster assistance for Alabama has been amended for Public Assistance Only, following Hurricane Gustav, which affected the state from August 29 to September 3, 2008, with the amendment taking effect on September 15, 2008, and loan application deadlines set for November 10, 2008, and June 10, 2009, respectively.
