FTC Seeks Public Comments on Extension of Paperwork Reduction Act Clearance for Business Opportunity Rule

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting public comments on its proposal to extend the current Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) clearance for the Business Opportunity Rule until October 31, 2011, replacing the existing clearance that expires on October 31, 2008.
