FTC Seeks Public Comments on Extension of Franchise Rule Information Collection Clearance

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting public comments on its proposal to extend the current Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) clearance for its Trade Regulation Rule on Disclosure Requirements and Prohibitions Concerning Franchising, also known as the Franchise Rule, until October 31, 2011.
