USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service Exempts Three Dams in South River Watershed from Environmental Impact Statement

The Natural Resources Conservation Service, a division of the US Department of Agriculture, has announced that it will not prepare an environmental impact statement for South River Watershed Dams Numbers 23, 25 and 26 in Augusta County, Virginia, due to exemptions under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
