DoD Adopts Final Rule for Multiyear Contracting Under DFARS

The US Department of Defense has finalized an interim rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement requirements for funding multiyear contracts, as mandated by the Defense Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2005 and the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005.
