Medicare Program: Evaluation Criteria for Intermediaries, Carriers, and DMEPOS Regional Carriers

The Medicare program is introducing new criteria and standards to assess the performance of intermediaries, carriers, and regional carriers for Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies, starting from the first day of the first month following publication of this notice in the Federal Register, with public comment invited on these criteria and standards.
