Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority-Acquisition Exemption-BNSF Railway Company

The Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority has filed for an exemption with the Surface Transportation Board to acquire a BNSF Railway Company asset, allowing the transit authority to proceed with the acquisition without obtaining a separate permit.
