EPA Approves Texas Ozone State Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Texas Ozone State Implementation Plan (SIP), incorporating the Transportation Control Measures for the Dallas/Fort Worth Ozone Nonattainment Area, in compliance with the Federal Clean Air Act and a Consent Decree.
