SEC Extends Compliance Dates for Internal Control Over Financial Reporting for Non-Accelerated Filers

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is extending the compliance dates for companies that are not accelerated filers to report on their internal control over financial reporting, as required by amendments to Rules 13a-15 and 15d-15 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
