Ricky Ray Hemophilia Relief Fund Program Administrative Close-Out

The Ricky Ray Hemophilia Relief Fund Program will cease accepting new petitions and payment documentation on October 31, 2005, and will return remaining funds to the US Treasury, archiving outstanding records at the National Archives and Records Administration.
