North American Industrial Railway, Inc. Acquires Corn Products International, Inc. and Chicago, Peoria & Western Railway, Inc. Exemption Granted

North American Industrial Railway, Inc. has been granted an exemption to acquire and operate Corn Products International, Inc. and Chicago, Peoria & Western Railway, Inc. following a review by the U.S. Surface Transportation Board.
