Bureau of Land Management Issues Final Rule to Update Mineral Resources Regulations and Increase Fees

The Bureau of Land Management is implementing changes to its mineral resources regulations, including new fees to cover processing costs, in response to recommendations from the Office of Inspector General and the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
