FDA Proposes Rule to Improve Food Safety, Requests Public Comment

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on a proposed rule to enhance food safety, with a focus on monitoring trends in the public health workforce, particularly in the areas of education and training, work experience, and training needs, to better administer the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC).
