US Department of Labor Announces Certification of Compliance for Rural Industrialization Loan and Grant Program

The Employment and Training Administration has issued a certification for P&M Plastics, Inc. in Mountainair, New Mexico, to construct and operate a bio-based manufacturing plant producing ALTREE, a patented wood fortified product, as part of the Rural Industrialization Loan and Grant Program.
