Address Visibility on Bundles of Flat-Size and Irregular Parcel Mail

The United States Postal Service is introducing new mailing standards to ensure that address information on bundles of flat-size and irregular parcel mail remains visible and readable during processing. The new standards apply to Periodicals, Standard Mail, and Package Services mail intended for processing on Automated Package Processing System equipment.
