Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection, Comment Request

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is seeking public comments on a proposed collection of information, titled '30 CFR Part 227--Delegation to States; 30 CFR Part 228--Cooperative Activities with States and Indian Tribes; and 30 CFR Part 229-- Delegation to States', to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed collection aims to consolidate and streamline information from two previous collections, 1010-0087 and 1010-0088, to reduce duplication and improve efficiency.
