EPA Plans to Implement Endangered Species Protection Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is outlining its approach to implementing the Endangered Species Protection Program (ESPP), which aims to balance pesticide use with endangered species protection, in compliance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
