EPA Grants GAO Access to Confidential Business Information Under TSCA and FIFRA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has authorized the General Accountability Office (GAO) to access confidential business information submitted under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). This access is granted under all sections of these acts, with some information potentially being classified as Confidential Business Information (CBI).
