Public Comment Sought on Proposed Data Collection by Veterans Health Administration

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is seeking public input on a proposed data collection process. The agency must publish this notice in the Federal Register and allow 60 days for public comment under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
