FHWA to Prepare Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Knoxville Parkway Project in Tennessee

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to inform the public about its plan to prepare a Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) in collaboration with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) for the Knoxville Parkway project in Loudon, Knox, and Anderson Counties, Tennessee.
