NMFS Requests Comment on Alternative Approach to Identifying Distinct Population Segments of West Coast Oncorhynchus mykiss

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comment on a revised approach to identifying distinct population segments of West Coast Oncorhynchus mykiss, a species of salmon, in response to a preliminary decision to list 10 ESUs as endangered or threatened under the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
