Comment Request for Review of a Revised Information Collection: OPM Online Form 1417

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking public comment on a revised version of its Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) Information System form, which collects data on campaign results and donor contact information, and will submit the request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for clearance.
