US Departments of Commerce and Interior Update Regulations for Insular Possessions Watch and Jewelry Programs

The US Departments of Commerce and Interior have amended their regulations to update watch duty-exemption allocations and duty-refund benefits for producers in the US insular possessions, including the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
