US Withdraws 2,300 Acres of Public Land for Uranium Mill Site Remediation Project

Summary

The US Department of Energy will have access to 2,300 acres of public land in Utah for 5 years to study the site and determine a suitable location for disposing of uranium mill tailings as part of the Moab Mill Site Remediation Project, effective November 15, 2005.
