PHMSA Proposes New Requirements for Explosives Storage During Transportation

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is seeking public comments on proposed regulations to address safety and security risks associated with storing explosives during transportation, and considers expanding these requirements to other hazardous materials.
