California Air Resources Board Requests EPA Confirmation on Motorcycle Emissions Standards

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has notified the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that it has approved amendments to motorcycle emissions standards for 2004 and subsequent model years, seeking confirmation that these changes fall within the scope of previous waivers issued under the Clean Air Act.
