Syngenta Crop Protection, Inc. Seeks Pesticide Tolerance for Barley and Wheat Crops

The company has submitted a request to the U.S. government for a tolerance allowing residues of tralkoxydim to remain on barley and wheat crops, citing the need for this under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) and the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
