EPA Grants Petition to Exclude 3,000 Cubic Yards of GM Wastewater Sludges from Hazardous Waste List

The EPA has taken direct final action to exclude up to 3,000 cubic yards of wastewater treatment sludges from the list of hazardous wastes, allowing them to be disposed of in a Subtitle D landfill in Wisconsin, subject to future testing conditions.
