Pacific Exchange, Inc. Seeks Accelerated Approval for New Investment Company Listing Standards

Pacific Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to update its listing standards for investment company units, and the SEC has granted accelerated approval for the changes, which will also enhance the dissemination of intraday optimized portfolio values.
