Atlantic Highly Migratory Species; Atlantic Commercial Shark Management Measures

The rule sets 2006 first trimester quotas for large coastal sharks and small coastal sharks, adjusting for over- and underharvests from the previous season, and establishes opening and closing dates for the large coastal sharks fishery based on these quotas, aiming to ensure the latest landings data in the Atlantic commercial shark fishery.
