Publication of Year 2005 Form M-1 With Electronic Filing Option

The IRS has published the 2005 Form M-1, which is an annual report for multiple employer welfare arrangements and certain entities claiming exception. The form is available for electronic filing and is substantively identical to the 2004 version.
