EPA Approves Delegation of Authority to Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Air Quality Control Board for NSPS and NESHAPs

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Air Quality Control Board (ABCAQCB) to implement and enforce New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs) for certain sources in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, following a delegation of authority approved by the EPA.
