EPA Approves Texas Plan to Coordinate Environmental Reviews for Transportation Projects

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) on August 15, 2002, which adopts a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between TCEQ and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to streamline environmental reviews for transportation projects.
