EPA Proposes Approval of Maine's Air Quality Plan to Reduce VOC Emissions from Coatings

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Maine's State Implementation Plan, which sets standards to decrease volatile organic compound emissions from architectural and industrial maintenance coatings, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
