EPA Adds 10 Aluminum Alkyl Chemicals to TSCA IUR Regulations Exempting Them from Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to add 10 aluminum alkyl chemicals to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) section 8(a) Inventory Update Reporting (IUR) regulations, exempting them from reporting processing and use information. Manufacturers and importers of these chemicals must continue to report manufacturing information.
