EPA Removes Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) from List of Hazardous Air Pollutants

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has amended the list of hazardous air pollutants by removing methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), a compound used in various industrial processes, following a petition from the American Chemistry Council on behalf of its members.
