EPA Requests OMB Review and Approval for TSCA Inventory Data Base Update

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve a partial update to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 8(b) inventory data base, production and site reports. This update is part of the EPA's Information Collection Request (ICR) 1884.03, OMB control number 2070-0162.
