EPA Comments on Environmental Impact Statements and Proposed Projects

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reviewed two proposed projects and does not object to either, citing environmental concerns related to air quality, environmental justice, and waste disposal, while also requesting additional information about the habitat impact of the projects in West Virginia and Washington state.
