EPA Approves Tennessee's Nitrogen Oxides Budget and Allowance Trading Program, Phase II

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the State of Tennessee's revisions to its State Implementation Plan (SIP) to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions from stationary internal combustion engines, in line with the national ambient air quality standard for ozone.
